Advertisement adds is any inscription, slogan, phrase, combination of words, print or any similar medium, as long as it is original and characteristic, and employed to attract attention of consumers of determined products, merchandise, service, company or establishment.

These can be employed in the ramparts, billboards, posters or any advertisement medium. Trademarks and commercial names must be included as long as they are registered in the name of the person using the license.

Words or combination of words exclusively descriptive of specific merchandise, products or services of any company.

Those that are lacking originality or those that are publicly known or used for other products, merchandise services, enterprises or establishments of a different titleholder.

Those that go against morals, public order, or good customs or those that threaten to violate ideas, religions, or feelings worthy of consideration.

Those that tend to discredit any company or establishment, itıs products, merchandise or services, or those that contain offensive criticism or individual allusion.

Those that include any trademark or commercial name for that they do not have a legitimate license to use.

Those that have been registered by third parties or those that are capable to arouse error or confusion.

The life period of trademarks or commercial names employed decide the period of protection for the registered Advertisement ads, meaning that there is no definite term of protection of Advertisement ads

Requisites

A complete description of the commercial name that is being registered. A reproduction or model of the commercial name that is to be used.

A complete and precise indication of the company or establishment that identifies the commercial name and specifies its activities and it's exact address.

The country where the sign is going to be used or has been used already.

A copy of the advertisement add that is to used, if it is a written word the complete word must be typed out, and if it consists or includes a drawing a FLAT copy of the drawing must be included.
