Our firm has been very active in the M&A market since the privatization of the first Government company to be sold Fertilizantes de Centro America (Costa Rica), S.A."FERTICA" where our firm coordinated and managed  the purchase of controlling stock of the company in 1994 for our client Austin Powder Corporation of Cincinnati.

We were also involved in the purchase of "Semicon-Tec, S.A." by HIG Capital Partners of United States of America and recently adviced another client on securing the purchase of the Costa Rican subsidiary of Seagrams in a negotiation with Diageo, Plc and Treat Venture LLC.
