Was created on 1998. The Franchising group is responsible for determining
legal and regulatory feasibility of the franchise plan, performing legal and
regulatory market analysis, evaluating potential partners, franchisees or
acquisition targets and finally, the documents necessary to legitimize the
chosen business.
This group expanded into
the consulting branch of the services 2002 by providing
creation and implementation of franchise programs for companies wishing to
expand through franchising. It provides “tropicalization” of foreign
concepts to adapt to the Costa Rican market and also advices on commercial
real state space for franchises and commercialization of franchise concepts
foreign and local.
